Exhibiting at Brighton Baby Expo
Why exhibit with us? What makes this event worth investing in?
Birth rates within the South East continue to be some of the highest in the country, and with significant numbers of ABC1 families choosing to make the Southern Counties ‘home’ and the vast and sustainable ‘baby’ market, our research revealed a demand for a professionally executed, high profile event catering for this buoyant sector in this part of the United Kingdom.
Here at Brighton Baby Expo we fully understand the importance of footfall but also of getting the ‘right’ people through the door. Our highly comprehensive marketing and PR campaign will target those ABC1 families and parents-to-be from throughout the Southern Counties and beyond. Visitors will be attracted by the range of exhibitors and sectors to be showcased, as well as the ease of access to the event, the unique NO ENTRY CHARGE POLICY and the entertainment programme which will run throughout the day ensuring children will wish to stay and therefore the ‘grown ups’ can remain present.
This is not just an event for the parents and would-be parents however; Brighton Baby Expo will be welcoming extended family members - grandparents, aunties, uncles as well as god-parents and family friends. All of whom could be looking for an extra special gift, or an opportunity to make an investment in that child through schooling, or a trust fund or extra curricular actives i.e. piano lessons, or they could be seeking inspiration for a family holiday, birthday treat or special day out.
"Exhibitions are simply the best way to meet lots of new customers and seek useful feedback on our goods and services, especially for an internet based company. ‘Mummy Looks Fab’ therefore has no hesitation in booking our space at Brighton Baby Expo – especially considering the target audience. We are very keen to further expand our business throughout these particular areas and so look forward to an excellent event"
Sam Mackley, Owner-Manager, ‘Mummy Looks Fab’
Exhibitors, sponsors and supporters will therefore be presented with an extremely cost-effective mechanism to access a highly targeted, captive audience, an audience keen to absorb information, acquire product and services and invest in their pregnancy, birth experience, baby and/or young children. The opportunity to generate direct revenue before and after the event will also be made possible through the website and web links and the distribution of the ‘Show Guide’ featuring exhibitor information.
As well as space within the exhibition, we will also provide exhibitors with a free web-link from the Brighton Baby Expo site as well as a free listing in the Show Guide. The Show Guide will serve as an invaluable reference document for visitors both during the event and afterwards. A copy will also be posted on the show website, thereby enabling access to any potential customer from throughout the UK and even beyond. The list of exhibitors will be forwarded with each media release (for distribution nationally and regionally) and exhibitors will be encouraged to provide ‘what we are showing’ information, for the Brighton Baby Expo PR team to present directly to the media, pre-show.
In the lead up to the event we will be reviewing and assessing the visitor pre-registration data and targeting any geographical areas which need extra promotion. Posters and banners will be mounted throughout Brighton & Hove and within the venue. Radio advertising as well as sponsorship of an element of the Brighton Festival Children’s parade will all be used to further raise awareness in those final weeks if required.
Your exhibitor’s handbook will be forwarded on receipt of your deposit payment and will cover all the important elements of exhibiting within Brighton Baby Expo at the Brighton Centre but for first time exhibiting companies the SMB Events team are always available to answer any queries or give advice on how best to market your product or organise your stand.
Finally, our prices are very competitive. For any exhibitor wishing to raise their profile even higher, there are a range of sponsorship items available from car stickers to banners to breast feeding facilities, details of which can be found on the sponsorship page.
