Option A - Exhibit Space Only
To include exhibit space, ‘Show Guide’ entry, link from Baby Expo website to exhibitor’s site and exhibitor’s handbook (exhibitors supply their own stand/display systems, furniture etc).
Regular Rate @ £57 per sq m (excluding VAT)
Option B - Shell Scheme Stands
To include exhibit space plus hard walls and fascia board with company name. Also includes ‘Show Guide’ entry, link from BabyExpo website to exhibitor’s site and exhibitor’s handbook
Regular Rate @ £77 per sq m (excluding VAT)
The Show Guide will be distributed free at the show to all visitors, but also post-show through a range of channels. A version will also be hosted on the Brighton Baby Expo site thereby ensuring further promotion well beyond the event.
The overhead hall lighting and finished floor are provided as standard. Additionally, exhibitors can order carpet, spotlights, electricity and a range of furniture from the Brighton Baby Expo official contractor, X-hibit Solutions. Exhibitors also have the option to furnish stands themselves. A limited amount of display tables and chairs are available for hire from SMB Events direct. Telephone lines are also available directly from BT. Please note there are 2 cashpoint machines located moments from the exhibition arena.
