Suzanne Borrell – Company Director and Event Producer
Having initially launched her career in PR, Suzanne has over 10 years experience within the exhibition industry. Focussing on both project management and conference production, Suzanne worked on a range of events primarily in the Energy, Infrastructure and Food and Agriculture Sectors.
In 2002 Suzanne was appointed Managing Director of Caspian Events Ltd with responsibility for the ‘Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference’, a vast international trade show attracting hundreds of exhibiting companies and playing host to both the President of Azerbaijan and Energy Ministers from throughout the World. After the acquisition of this event, Suzanne worked as consultant on various projects within industry and for the UK Government both in this country and overseas.
After the birth of her son, Suzanne quickly realised the gap in the market for a large scale Regional event within the blossoming ‘baby’ sector in this part of the UK. After at least 9 months of planning and research Brighton Baby Expo was born.
Sharla Hancock– Senior Sales Consultant
With 15 years experience in the exhibition industry, Sharla Hancock has worked on numerous events in Europe, Asia and most recently the Middle East. Her dedication, appreciation of the industry and vast sales experience has witnessed the successful launch of new events as well as the continued growth of established exhibitions in both the trade and consumer sectors.
Having organised events for eight different industries, Sharla is looking forward to the challenge of Brighton Baby Expo and ensuring its longevity over the coming years.
Clare Croome – Press and PR Adviser
Clare has over 12 years experience both in advertising and PR having worked for some of the leading advertising agencies in London. Clare has enormous media experience having worked with a range of clients, she is now based in Sussex and works as Account Director for JBPR, one of the leading press and public relations agencies in the South.
Hilde Morris – Event Administrator
Hilde has over 15 years experience in senior administration dealing with high-level academics from all over Europe, the general public, suppliers and contracting companies. She brings proven organisational, administrative and project-management skills to the role.
Ben Fuller - XHIBIT Solutions Ltd - Shell Scheme Contractor
X-HIBIT Solutions Ltd are a leading exhibition and event contractor and provide modular display systems, the rental of furniture and accessories. They are responsible for the design and production of floorplan as well build up and break down of the shell scheme. They are also responsible for the supply of furniture, extra lighting options and electrics.
