The Brighton event attracted over 4,500 visitors from 23 counties and the show was opened by the wonderful Jo Tantum and Phil Gallagher from Mister Maker.

We have just come back from our most successful Baby Expo ever. We had record visitors to the stand and surprisingly good takings considering the economic climate. We met lots of lovely customers and it was great to be part of the buzz and excitement of such a busy day. We can’t wait for the next one – this show consistently delivers the right customers in ample numbers, who are serious about shopping. Just wanted to say thanks again for the Baby Expo…we really enjoyed it and got a great deal on our buggy. Chuffed to bits and very excited about it being delivered! Thanks also for fixing me up with Debbie (Stevens of Wellbeing Events)…I had some amazing reflexology and she taught me all sorts of things about to stay relaxed etc. What a lovely lady. As part of the packed visitor programme we 
are delighted to be welcoming Jo Tantum, international baby-care expert, champion of baby sleep and best-selling author as seen at the London and Scottish Babyshows, on Channel 5's - Live with Gabby, ITV's Daybreak, the Sky Baby Channel and as Prima Baby's resident baby sleep expert! Jo will be sharing her invaluable parenting advice from the main stage and offering visiting mums and dads one-to-one expert strategies on baby sleep and a range of 'baby' issues!
Did you know current birth rates in the UK are at an all time high with a further baby boom expected by the end of 2011 (a result of last winter's freezing conditions!) and the average spend by parents in baby's first year alone is now estimated at nearly £10,000! What better time therefore to join us at BabyExpo - Premium parenting and babyshow events for the South East. The 2010 event welcomed visitors from over 24 counties and 160 exciting and innovative exhibitors for the 'pre-conception to primary' sectors.
The next BabyExpo will take place at the American Express Community 
Stadium, Falmer, Brighton, centrally located by the A27 with links to the A23 and M23 and to the city centre. This venue offers easy access, inland from the busy, congested city centre and seafront areas. It also has its own train station just 9 minutes away from Brighton and offers state-of-the-art facilities, large purpose built exhibition areas, free onsite exhibitor parking and will offer a user friendly and very appealing environment for visitors and exhibitors alike.
We are also delighted to be welcoming back, by popular demand the wonderful Phil Gallagher from Ceebies Mister Maker who will be able to delight the visiting children once again with 2 fun sessions on the main stage this year! He will also tour the event meeting sponsors, partners and official charity stands and meet personally with some very lucky prize winning children!

Babyexpo Babyshows were born in 2007 and 1000s of visitors crowd to the sell-out events which welcomed hundreds of exhibitors, expert advice, a packed entertainment programme and fun, fun fun!
In 2010 special guest Phil Gallagher from Cbeebies Mister Maker captivated visiting children while grown-ups shopped, met expert exhibitors and the team from BBC's Dragon's Den and enjoyed the outside exhibits and fabulous weather!
